Here's just some of the more common conditions I helps regularly.

If your condition isn't listed, please get in touch to find out how I can help you today!

Neck pain

Costochondritis
Hip pain
Iliotibial band syndrome
Knee pain including arthritis related knee pain
Shin splints
Ankle pain

I can also help if you're struggling with scars: scarring can cause restricted mobility and loss of sensation. My advanced training as a RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Specialist means that she can help treat your scarring.

If you are looking to take a wider look at your health and wellbeing, then it is vital to look at nutrition. Quite simply, we are what we eat, and in our fast paced, stressful world, it is all too easy to consume ultra high processed foods, junk foods and snacks that simply don't nourish our bodies in the way they need. I'm a trained Holistic Nutritionist, and can help you reach your health goals.

As a therapist that looks at the whole person, I know that many people's lives feel out of balance. Yin Yoga is a special form of yoga that helps people find mental and emotional balance while gently addressing the fascia and connective tissues. Yin Yoga also includes elements of mediation and is perfect in today's busy world; I was so impressed with the changes that Yin Yoga can make that I became a trained Yin Yoga Instructor myself.

Getting stronger and fitter isn't just about making your clothes fit better! Exercise is shown to be beneficial for physical and mental health, with some studies showing that exercise can be as effective as anti-depressant medication for some people. I'm a qualified personal trainer and run regular fitness classes.

What does this mean for you?

When you come to see me, I can deal with those stress-y knots with my fabulous massage skills.

That more difficult, stubborn pain or dysfunction is no match for my RAPID NeuroFascial Reset techniques (there's many RAPID Therapists, but as a RAPID Specialist, you can be confident that I can treat the widest range of ailments out there!).

My Personal Trainer qualifications means that I'm able to help my clients increase their strength and fitness. You already know that exercise and mobility is good for our physical health, but study after study shows that exercise and physical activity helps reduce anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions. I'll work with you to help you improve your physical and mental health.

As a Yin Yoga Therapist, I can bring balance – physically, energetically and mentally - into your life, and I'll work with you to help you understand your own personal intuition and show you peace through meditation.

And finally, using my Holistic Nutritionist skills, I'll teach you how to nourish your body with just the right food, to help tackle many of the causes of ill-health and recover it's innate inner strength and healing.

I'll be your guide, leading you gently away from dysfunction, and uplift you into your most radiant self, where you'll feel rejuvenated and revived.
